On September 25, 2013 at approximately 23:10, the Loveland Emergency Communications Center received a call regarding a robbery that had just occurred at the Carls Jr restaurant at 4140 Clydesdale Parkway. When officers arrived, they learned from store employees that two males entered the store through the rear door. The males forced the employees to give them cash from the business. The males left the store in an unknown direction. The males were dressed in dark clothing and wearing masks. The only description of the males is that they are believed to be 5’6” to 5’8” in height. Indecent Exposure Incident Reported On September 23, 2013 at approximately 3:04 p.m., Fort Collins police were notified that a male suspect exposed himself to two teenage students walking home from school. The students were walking along the bike path directly west of Blevins Park (just south of the intersection of Stuart and Hampshire) when they observed a male suspect exposing himself to them. CSU police are investigating an attempted sex assault that is reported to have happened Friday night at the Jack Christensen track on the northwest corner of South College Avenue and Pitkin Street. A male victim reported being pushed to the ground by a man wearing a ski mask. The assailant is described as being about 6 feet tall, 180-200 pounds with a raspy voice, a post on CSU’s Public Safety website said. Detectives received a tip from a citizen about the recent Pharmacy Robberies that occurred in Loveland. The information led detectives to the identity of the suspect and where he lived. Based on the information, a search warrant was applied for and granted for the home of the suspect. The suspect is identified as Michael Musick, a 25 year old Loveland man, who lives at 1300 Cherry Av. The search warrant was served at 1300 Cherry Av on 8/28/13 at approximately 9:00 PM. On August 19, 2013 at approximately 18:16, the Loveland Emergency Communications Center received a call regarding a robbery that had just occurred at the Walgreens Pharmacy at 1300 14th St SW. When officers arrived, they learned from store employees that a white male, in his 20s and approximately 5’10”, went into the Walgreens store. He went to the pharmacy. The male demanded narcotics and said he was armed with a weapon. The store employee complied and gave the male narcotics. The male left the store in an unknown direction. At approximately 2:38 p.m. on August 22, 2013, the Loveland Emergency Communications Center received a call from a woman who said that her child had been molested at Seven Lakes Park approximately ten minutes prior. Responding officers searched the area including a K-9 track. The suspect was not located. Officers spoke with witnesses who had seen the distressed child and observed the suspect fleeing the area. The child came in to the Loveland Police Department to complete a composite sketch today. On August 22, 2013 at approximately 8:59 a.m., the Loveland Emergency Communications Center received a call from a Kmart employee stating that the pharmacy had just been robbed. The investigating officers learned that a man approached a pharmacy employee and demanded specific narcotics and indicated that he had a weapon. The employee gave the man the narcotics. The man left the store on foot. The man is described as a white male wearing a light-colored t-shirt covered by a dark-colored long sleeved shirt, dark-colored ball cap, and sunglasses. A gun-toting robber with a scar on his face and plastic bags stuffed with stolen money fled a south Fort Collins bank Wednesday, police say. Fort Collins police say the robbery occurred about 5:33 p.m. Wednesday at the Wells Fargo Bank at 320 E. Harmony Road, when a white male approached a teller and demanded money while a handgun was visible in the waistband of his jeans. Police say the suspect never drew the gun from his waist and nobody was injured. The suspect left the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash in plastic bags. Colorado State University police hope the public can help them solve a reported assault and robbery they say happened early Friday, June 28, 2013, on the Fort Collins university’s campus. According to CSU’s public safety website, two male victims told police they were assaulted and robbed by three other males at 2:30 a.m. Friday at the corner of Pitkin and Mason streets. Larimer County Sheriff’s deputies and investigators were called to Carrie Martin Elementary School in Loveland at approximately 3:30 this afternoon on the report of a man trying to pick up a young girl. A 13-year-old Loveland girl reported that she was followed by a white male with salt & pepper hair and a white or grey goatee driving a maroon car with faded paint who asked her if she needed a ride. The girl immediately ran into the school and the car sped off. The car reportedly was a mid to late 90’s mid-size sedan, maroon in color with very faded paint in spots and an unidentified graphic on the side.
