The task force investigating Northern Colorado's series of unsolved shootings announced Tuesday that it has identified a vehicle of interest in the Loveland case — information that followed vague details of a fourth shooting in the region. Investigators are asking for the public's help in locating a 1970s full-size, single-cab Chevrolet or GMC pickup truck that is a faded single-orange color with black primer on the driver's side body. Loveland Police Department Homicide Press Briefing June 4, 2015 At approximately 10:52 pm, last evening, Loveland police officers responded to the area of East First Street and St. Louis Avenue on the report of a bleeding man lying on the sidewalk. When officers arrived, they performed life-saving measures for the man but were unsuccessful. The Department was assisted on scene by the Loveland Fire Rescue Authority and the Thompson Valley Emergency Medical Service. Those initial responding personnel determined the man had been shot. Fort Collins Police are investigating after a man was stabbed Sunday, May 31, 2015, in Fort Collins near the downtown library. The incident was reported at 7:35 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of East Oak Street. A yet-unidentified 38-year-old man was stabbed in the abdomen near Library Park and taken to Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland. Fort Collins Police Services Deputy Chief Cory Christensen didn't yet have information about the man's condition, as of about 9 p.m. Sunday. The possible suspect is described as a white man, aged 35 to 40, between 6-foot to 6-foot-2, and wearing a black T-shirt and jeans. He might look like he's been beaten up, Christensen said.
