Vandal targets Ft Colllins Islamic Center | FCPD

A vandal targeted the Islamic Center of Fort Collins early Sunday morning. (Coloradoan News) Shattered glass littered the carpet of the center’s prayer room, and outdoor furniture was overturned. When people arrived for the first prayer of the day about 5:30 a.m., they found the scene, said President of the Islamic Center Tawfik AboEllail. They found several large rocks that had been thrown through glass doors and into the prayer room, as well as a Bible that had been thrown through the broken glass. Bike Thief-Lee’s Cycle | FCPD

On December 7, 2016 at about 3:20 PM an employee of Lee’s Cyclery at 202 W. Laurel reported that a male suspect had stolen a bicycle from the store. The male suspect was described as a white male, approximately 35-40 years old wearing a black jacket, brown hat and black backpack. The male suspect was looking at a bicycle and when the employee was not looking, he left the store with a red and white colored Specialized brand 29 inch mountain bike valued at $2500. The serial number on the bicycle ends with the numbers 8601. Video images of the suspect were obtained. Homicide Investigation| LCSD

On September 23, 2016, at approximately 5:30 pm, the Timnath Police Department received a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in a local farmer’s field. The field is located north of East Prospect Road and Larimer County Road 5. When the Timnath Police Department approached the vehicle they found a deceased body in the vehicle. Larimer County Sheriff’s Office immediately responded to assist Timnath with the scene. At this time the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office has taken the primary role in the investigation and Timnath Police Department will be assisting. The deceased body is being investigated as a homicide. At this time no further information will be released.

Car Burglaries in Berthoud | LCSO

Between 10:00 p.m. on Friday, September 16, and 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 17, eight vehicle trespasses occurred in the Mary’s Farm area of the Town of Berthoud. The specific area targeted was between 1st and 4th Streets (east to west) and E. Michigan and Iowa Avenues (north to south). All of the vehicles entered were left unsecured and were easily accessed by the suspect(s). Electronics, cash, credit cards, and other miscellaneous items were reported stolen. On September 6, 2016 at approximately 4:00 a.m., the Loveland Police Department received a call from a resident in the 400 block of 23rd Street SW. The caller said that he woke up and saw a man leaving his house. Loveland police officers were dispatched to the home. While the officers were responding to the home, the Department received another call from a different home a few houses away. The second caller said he heard someone walking through his house. Loveland Playground set on fire | LPD

On 09/13/2016 at approximately 20:40 hours, a call came in to Loveland Police Dept's dispatch center.  Report of the playground equipment on fire.  Fire department arrived and put out the flames.  There was heavy damage to the rope bridge area of the playground equipment.  I would like to see if Crime Stoppers can post this as I do not have any suspects at this time.  My contact number is 970-962-2052 ext 1172.

At approximately 2 a.m. on Saturday, 08/27/16, Larimer County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the area of 400 South Overland Trail on report of a shooting. Two brothers had gotten into an argument, and one had shot the other and then left the scene. The victim was transported to an area hospital, and deputies are actively searching for the suspect in the area bordered by Overland Trail, Taft Hill Road, Mulberry Street, and Laporte Avenue. Armed Robbery Holiday Twin Drive-In | LCSD

At 9:41 p.m. on Saturday, August 13, 2016 the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a robbery at the Holiday Twin Drive-In located at 2206 South Overland Trail in Fort Collins. Two men approached the ticket booth, pointed a handgun at the Drive-In employee and left with an undetermined amount of money. The Drive-In employee described the two suspects as follows: Suspect 1 is a Caucasian male in his 20s to early 30s. He was approximately 6 tall with a medium build. On August  3, 2016, at  approximately  8:00 pm, the  Larimer  County  Sheriff’s  Office  received reports  that a  robbery  had just  occurred in the  parking  lot  of  Choice  Organics  located at  813 Smithfield Drive  in  Fort Collins.   An employee  of  the  store  called 911and  reported that  one  adult  male  and  one  adult  female  were approached outside  the  business  by  two men.   One  suspect  indicated  to  the  victims  he was  armed  and  then took the  marijuana  they  had just  purchased.  The  two suspects  fled  eastbound  on foot  where  they  entered a vehicle and drove away.  Both victims are visiting Colorado from out of state and neither were injured.
