Loveland Playground set on fire | LPD

On 09/13/2016 at approximately 20:40 hours, a call came in to Loveland Police Dept's dispatch center.  Report of the playground equipment on fire.  Fire department arrived and put out the flames.  There was heavy damage to the rope bridge area of the playground equipment.  I would like to see if Crime Stoppers can post this as I do not have any suspects at this time.  My contact number is 970-962-2052 ext 1172.

Arson | Sheriff’s Department

On August 3, 2016, at approximately 12:00 pm, the Estes Valley Fire Protection District and a Larimer County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to a smoke report near the Lumpy Ridge Trailhead in Rocky Mountain National Park. They discovered a wildland fire burning an area approximately 50 feet by 50 feet and it was quickly extinguished. The investigation revealed the fire was burning where someone was obviously camping, but camping is prohibited in that area. Witnesses reported seeing two white males in their late teens or early twenties carrying camping equipment and supplies to that area just prior to seeing smoke. Suspicious Residential Fire / LCSD

The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in obtaining information regarding a residential fire that occurred at 7109 North Taft Hill Road in Fort Collins on the morning of August 29, 2015. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call Investigator Jonathan Cox at 970-498-5163 or via email at coxjl@larimer.org. You may also call Crime Stoppers at 970-221-6868 where you will remain anonymous and possibly be eligible for a cash reward. Due to the active nature of this investigation, no additional information is available for release. LCSO### ATTENTION: The family has offered $2,000 reward on top of what Crime Stoppers will pay for information that leads to the arrest of a suspect(s).
