Homicide Investigation| LCSD

On September 23, 2016, at approximately 5:30 pm, the Timnath Police Department received a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in a local farmer’s field. The field is located north of East Prospect Road and Larimer County Road 5. When the Timnath Police Department approached the vehicle they found a deceased body in the vehicle. Larimer County Sheriff’s Office immediately responded to assist Timnath with the scene. At this time the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office has taken the primary role in the investigation and Timnath Police Department will be assisting. The deceased body is being investigated as a homicide. At this time no further information will be released.

Car Burglaries in Berthoud | LCSO

Between 10:00 p.m. on Friday, September 16, and 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 17, eight vehicle trespasses occurred in the Mary’s Farm area of the Town of Berthoud. The specific area targeted was between 1st and 4th Streets (east to west) and E. Michigan and Iowa Avenues (north to south). All of the vehicles entered were left unsecured and were easily accessed by the suspect(s). Electronics, cash, credit cards, and other miscellaneous items were reported stolen. Burglary-arrests-help needed | LPD

On September 6, 2016 at approximately 4:00 a.m., the Loveland Police Department received a call from a resident in the 400 block of 23rd Street SW. The caller said that he woke up and saw a man leaving his house. Loveland police officers were dispatched to the home. While the officers were responding to the home, the Department received another call from a different home a few houses away. The second caller said he heard someone walking through his house. Loveland Playground set on fire | LPD

On 09/13/2016 at approximately 20:40 hours, a call came in to Loveland Police Dept's dispatch center.  Report of the playground equipment on fire.  Fire department arrived and put out the flames.  There was heavy damage to the rope bridge area of the playground equipment.  I would like to see if Crime Stoppers can post this as I do not have any suspects at this time.  My contact number is 970-962-2052 ext 1172.
